Weattract and retain the best talent by investing in our employeesand empowering them to develop themselves and their careers.Experience the challenges, rewards and opportunity of working forone of the world's largest providers of products andservices to the global energyindustry.Job Duties AndResponsibilitiesUnder general supervision,coordinates and oversees cementing service line work at the wellsite, providing quality service to thecustomer.Provides the planning necessary forthe job including instructions to the crew and equipment used,including dispute resolutions to approvedlevels.Ensures customer satisfaction with workperformed.Coordinates and directs theactivities of service operators.Coordinatesthe clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the nextjob.Plans and performs necessary calculationsfor the total job at the well site asneeded.Leads the site crew comprised ofHalliburton and/or non-Halliburtonemployees.Evaluates individual performancelevels of the crew and trains operators to improve their jobperformance.Job role has budgetary type ofaccountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center'sviability or its quality of service via personalcontributions.QualificationsSkills are typically acquired througha high school diploma, or similar education and one year ofexperience as Service Operator-Cementing,II.Licensure to drive commercial equipment isrequired.Given the nature of oil field servicework, the ability to communicate effectively with others isnecessary.Promotes safety awareness andenvironmental consciousness, and complies with all applicablesafety and environmental procedures andregulations.Ensures compliance with Health,Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations andguidelines.Promotes and takes an active partin the Quality Improvement Process.Candidatemust meet the minimum developmental standards for this jobclassification.Has necessary working skillswithin the service line and a general understanding of otherservice functions.Candidates having qualificationsthat exceed the minimum job requirements will receive considerationfor higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additionaljob requirements, and /or (3) business needs. Depending oneducation, experience, and skill level, a variety of jobopportunities might be available including up to a ServiceSupervisor II. INT
