JobDetailsJobDetailsWe are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Permanent Quality Manager to join our thrivingengineering company. This is an amazing opportunity to work with ateam of talented professionals and lead our Quality Managementdepartment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three yearsof relevant experience in the Engineering industry, preferably witha focus on Quality Management Systems, IATF, SPC, Problem Solving,and Control Plans. If you are passionate about ensuring the higheststandards of quality, we would love to hear fromyou.ResponsibilitiesAsa Permanent Quality Manager, you will be responsible forManaging and overseeing thecompany's Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensurecompliance with industry standards and customerrequirements.Leading the implementation ofIATF 16949 and maintaining thecertification.Utilizing Statistical ProcessControl (SPC) techniques to monitor, control, and optimize ourmanufacturing process.Developing,implementing, and reviewing Control Plans to ensure productquality.Conducting regular audits andinspections to identify areas of non-compliance orimprovement.Leading problem-solving teams andimplementing corrective actions to address qualityissues.Training and supervising qualitydepartment staff.Reporting on quality metricsand performance to seniormanagement.Collaborating with otherdepartments to integrate quality control into all functions of thecompany.QualificationsThesuccessful candidate must possess the followingqualificationsBachelor's degree inEngineering or a related field.Minimum of 3years of experience in a Quality Management role within theEngineering industry.Strong knowledge ofQuality Management Systems (QMS), IATF 16949, Statistical ProcessControl (SPC), Problem Solving techniques, and ControlPlans.Excellent leadership and team managementskills.Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities.Exceptional attention to detail anda commitment to achieving the highest standards ofquality.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively withall levels of the organization.Ability tohandle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-pacedenvironment.Proficient in using MicrosoftOffice Suite and quality managementsoftware.
