Roles &Responsibilities· Create visuallyappealing displays and merchandising strategies that showcase ourproducts in an attractive and enticing manner, using visualelements such as color, lighting, props, signage, andgraphics.· Collaborate with themarketing and sales teams to develop visual merchandising plansthat align with the overall marketing and sales strategies of thecompany, including seasonal promotions, product launches, andspecial events.· Plan and implementstore layouts, product placements, and signage to optimize trafficflow, highlight key products, and create a seamless and enjoyableshopping experience for customers.·Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising techniques,product knowledge, and customer engagement to ensure consistentexecution across all branches.·Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to store staff on visualmerchandising standards, techniques, and best practices to drivesales and improve overall storeaesthetics.· Stay up-to-date with thelatest retail trends, visual merchandising techniques, and customerpreferences, and use this knowledge to continuously improve andinnovate visual merchandisingstrategies.· Create planograms andvisual guidelines for store displays, and ensure that store staffare trained and adhering to thesestandards.· Collaborate with vendorsand suppliers to obtain visual merchandising materials, props, andsignage, and ensure timely installation and maintenance of displaysin compliance with companystandards.· Conduct regular storevisits and visual merchandising audits to assess the effectivenessof visual merchandising strategies, provide feedback to storestaff, and make necessary adjustments to improve visual impact andsales performance.· Analyze salesdata, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate the successof visual merchandising strategies and make data-drivenrecommendations for improvement.·Work closely with the graphic design section to develop visuallyappealing marketing materials, such as in-store signage, posters,and banners, to support visual merchandising strategies andpromotions.· Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales,to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising strategies andtimely implementation of marketinginitiatives.
