ABANA Enterprises Group Co., a leading company in the telecommunications industry, is seeking an OSP Projects Supervisor to join our team. As an OSP Projects Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and maintenance of Outside Plant (OSP) projects. You will lead a team of professionals and ensure the successful completion of OSP projects within budget and timeline. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in OSP projects and excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with other departments.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate OSP projects, including new installations, upgrades, and maintenanceSupervise a team of OSP technicians and contractorsMonitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality, budget, and timelineCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project executionManage project documentation and reportingPerform regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsRequirementsPrevious experience in OSP projects at STC projectExperience in project managementStrong communication skillsAbility to plan and organize resourcesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsStrategic vision and deep understanding of the project domainAbility to motivate and manage the teamKnowledge of time management methods and schedules
