Job Description• Deal Origination & Evaluation: Source, identify, and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities across KSA and the GCC, aligning with the firm's investment criteria. (#KSARealEstate #GCCInvestment)• Market Research & Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and in-depth due diligence across all aspects of potential investments, including financial, legal, tax, valuation, and physical assessments. (#RealEstateDueDiligence)• Transaction Structuring & Negotiation: Structure and negotiate the terms of real estate transactions and investment funds, ensuring alignment with investor objectives.• Financial Modelling & Investment Analysis: Build robust financial models using Excel to evaluate the potential returns and risks of investment opportunities, presenting findings to the investment committee with clear and impactful presentations. (#FinancialModeling #InvestmentCommitee)• Portfolio Management & Performance Optimisation: Manage existing real estate portfolios, optimizing performance through strategic asset management practices and ensuring alignment with investment goals. (#PortfolioManagement #InvestmentGoals)• Investor Reporting & Communication: Contribute to the preparation of investor reports and presentations, effectively communicating investment performance and market trends to stakeholders. (#InvestorRelations)• Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with lenders, analyze bank covenants, and manage relationships with third-party vendors involved in real estate transactions. (#RealEstateFinance #ThirdPartyManagement)The Successful Applicant• A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with 5+ years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, asset management, REITs, or family offices.
