Responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize customer retention, engagement, and satisfactionManage all aspects of the loyalty program, including membership acquisition, retention, and engagement strategiesBuild strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized experiences, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptlyDevelop and execute targeted campaigns to incentivize customer participation, drive incremental sales, and promote program awarenessUtilize data analytics tools to monitor program performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvementCollaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align loyalty program initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless executionCommunicate program updates, promotions, and benefits to internal stakeholders and provide training as needed to frontline staffGather customer feedback through various channels and utilize insights to refine program offerings and enhance the overall customer experienceStay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation within the loyalty spaceSkillsProficiency in data analysis and interpretation to derive actionable insights and measure program effectivenessA passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferencesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships with colleagues at all levelsMeticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in program execution and adherence to brand standardsStrong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and optimize program performanceQualificationsA bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related fieldPrevious exposure to proof reading and validating documents for marketing campaignsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholdersMinimum 2 years experience with an Admin & Operations backgroundExhibits a proactive and optimistic attitudePossesses intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Vistas Global is a diversified group of businesses with interests in technology (Vistas Global WLL, Momenta WLL), human capital, media (Vistas Media ME-FZ LLC), digital, food & beverage (Nushi, Haagen Dazs, Caliburger, Kamats), engineering (Vistas Security, Vistas Engineering) and real estate.Our expertise coupled with our partnerships with industry leaders, help us in being able to architect your business needs into technology programs that include hardware, software, business process, management and support programs all tied into strong ROI models.
