Do you want to work with a team that believes in disrupting the normal, boring, and average?If yes, then this is the job you're looking for. webook.com is Saudi's #1 private event ticketing and experience booking platforms in terms of technology, features, agility, revenue serving some of the largest mega events in the Kingdom surpassing half a billion in sales. webook.com is part of the Supertech Group also consisting of UXBERT Labs, one of the best digital and user experience design agencies in the GCC, along with Kafu Games, the largest esports tournament platform in MENA.We are looking for a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential leads within the target marketCreate and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue targetsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as develop new partnershipsDevelop a deep understanding of our solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clientsConduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting how our software can meet their specific needsLead negotiations, respond to inquiries, and close deals with event organizers and merchants to secure contracts for our software solutionsStay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM systemKey SkillsProven experience in business development and sales, ideally within the event ticketing or booking software industryFamiliarity with event management, ticketing, and booking services, understanding the pain points and challenges faced by event organizers and merchantsExceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and partnersStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex software solutions in a clear and persuasive mannerProficient in negotiating contract terms and closing deals with a track record of achieving sales targetsAbility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment, responding to changing market conditions and customer needsCapable of developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenueComfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyze dataRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredProven experience in a business development or sales role, with a minimum of 3 years of experienceDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotasA track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a B2B sales contextStrong networking skills and the ability to generate leads and referrals within the industryWillingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry eventsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated and results-driven with a passion for selling innovative software solutions
