Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of in each F&B venuesHe/she is responsible in linking all facets of service, cuisine and entertainmentIn charge of training, grooming standardsShould be creative and confident and be prepared to think outside of the boxHe/she should take the time to get to know the guests and be committed to service excellenceInitiative to invest in self-developmentFollowing up restaurants financial, LQA, TrustYou and Forbes targets on a daily basisBeing entrepreneurial, thinking beyond the boundaries and leading by example are expectedAll hotel standards to be exceeded at all timesKeep ahead of industry trends, create and implement new revolutionary standardsDevelop ideas on increasing guest satisfactionEnsure the operational inventory is always accounted for and in immaculate conditionEnsure all responsible areas are maintained at the highest levelsCreate opportunities for upselling productsDevelop the team to strive for excellenceAssume the responsibility of daily operationsFollowing up on opening and closing checklistsEnsure all appropriate equipment is on hand for each service periodConducts daily briefings for all staff prior to commencement of shiftHandles security incidents, guest complaints with confidence and in a professional mannerDirectly work with all heartists to create a flow of new and 'improved' ideasEnsure awareness and deliver the optimum levels of service and guest satisfactionMaintains the HACCP standards as required by the regional governing bodyEnsure all hotel property and facilities are maintained an in an optimal working orderEnsure rooms/events is set prior to the commencement of serviceMaster all POS systemsEstablish and maintain effective communication across all divisionsLead by example through a passionate, hands on approachAssist with collecting information for the monthly P&L reviewRecords and reports Glitch incidents with integrity and transparency
