• Design and implement DevOps model and Cl/CD pipeline acrossdigital squads and over time also core platform teams• Enforce engineering practices including automated testing andautomated monitoring on the Cl/CD pipeline• Ensure the code follows latest coding practices and industrystandards leveraging automated tooling• Work closely with the developers to understand and properly designthe deployments & monitoring across different teams• Lay out the guidelines and infrastructure for all developers and teamsto use on their projects• Ensure high availability (up time) and high scalability on productionand test environments• Help debug and fix any problems with the infrastructure andapplications• Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions• Build and maintain the clusters on the public and/or private cloudenvironment. Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue English - Very Good Own a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAny Job Skills • 7+ years' experience in setting up the DevSecOps framework andtooling for organizations.• Deep understanding of Scrum/Agile and modern architecturalapproaches.• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complextechnical concepts and align team members on decisions.• Experience in large company transformations (typically in theconsumer and technology sectors), and the managerial ability to leadother DevOps engineers.
