This position is only available to European Passport holders due to VISA requirements.

On behalf of a global Contracting company, Petroplan are seeking a Mechanical Lead to support the development of traditional Oil and Gas Energy project as well as Low Carbon / Energy Transition projects.

It is a fixed term 2 year contract based in Saudi Arabia.

Responsbilities:

Allocate appropriate discipline resources for the preparation of proposals, FEED Verification and detailed engineering on projects.
Prepare verbal or written reports as required, stating the current workload in the group and whether it will meet set targets. If not, give the reasons why not and list the steps taken, or which need to be taken, to get back on target.
Liaise closely with the various Engineers/Head of Dept for whom the group is doing work. This will enable the latest developments, which may affect the schedule to be ascertained. Advise them of problem areas.

Requirements:

20 years minimum experience.
Atleast 15 years of experience in Design.
5 years minimum in Middle East.
Previous Aramco project experience is required.
