We are looking to hire an experienced candidate who can handle Travel Services (AMEX-GBT) for staff and guests. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is able to independently build relationships across multiple teams and external parties.Role Description:The ideal candidate should have relevant experience/qualification in line with those defined below:Must have had exposure to global travel platforms and solutions (particularly AMEX-GBT);Must have sound knowledge of the Travel & Tourism industry;Must have had hands on experience in facilitating Airline Ticketing and Hotel Bookings/Reservations (at least 3-5 years of experience);Must have international experience (we do not need a candidate with local/regional experience);Must be confident and presentable;Must be able to converse and handle inquiries in a professional manner;Must have good analytical and numeracy skills;Must have an excellent command in English Communication; andMust have good organizational and task prioritization skills.Candidate Profile (Qualification & Experience required):5+ years' experience within the airline/travel industryNeeds to have worked in Travel Industry and/or with a Travel Services Agency for at least 5 yearsAble to work outside of working hours (depending on the business needs)
