Job Title: Mobile App Product Manager Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile App Product Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, specifically within the mobile app domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, demonstrate leadership in end-to-end mobile app lifecycles, and exhibit exceptional creativity and problem-solving abilities. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for crafting strategic product roadmaps, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications. Your focus will be on elevating user experiences through user-centric design principles and feedback-driven iterations. Main Duties:1. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into tangible, value-added services and products. 2. Develop and articulate a comprehensive mobile app strategy aligned with overall business objectives. 3. Champion the MVP concept, refining products to align with what is desirable, viable, and feasible. 4. Develop, define, and launch mobile products, including health text campaigns, mobile websites, and cross-platform solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 5. Integrate research, market analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities and threats that create value for users. 6. Work closely with the development team to translate product requirements into actionable development plans. 7. Utilize design-thinking frameworks to determine new product features. 8. Conduct regular reviews and testing to maintain product quality standards. 9. Continuously research new ideas and techniques to improve traditional processes, applying design-thinking frameworks to develop innovative products. 10. Manage large data migration projects, including project roadmap development, hosting requirements analysis, UAT plan development and execution, reporting requirements, and business logic and program maps. 11. Effectively manage multiple teams from business to developers to technical. 12. Champion user-centric design principles to enhance the overall user experience. 13. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for mobile apps. 14. Conduct training sessions for internal teams on new features and updates. Skills:- Excellent knowledge of project and product management tools and techniques. - Solid understanding of mobile UX with experience in creating simple, intuitive user interfaces. - Experience in app development and a deep understanding of iOS & Android ecosystems. - Proficiency in analyzing app performance data and user feedback to drive improvements. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking for effective product success. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey product vision and progress effectively. - Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. - Flexibility to adapt to evolving market trends and technological advancements. - Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the product development lifecycle. - Solid team handling skills with coordinated proficiency and human skills. - Experience in Web Design, Web Development, UI, AI, Big Data, Web Analytics, QA, SEO, Marketing, Advertising, E-commerce. - Knowledge of Business flow, time management, resources management, IT processes, and tools in software development with hands-on experience. Qualifications and Experience:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas. - Experience: Minimum of 10 years working in the same role. - Certifications: - Product Management Certification - Project Management Professional (PMP) - Certifications related to agile product management - Certifications related to Scrum framework - UX/UI Design Certification
