Job Summary

This role requires candidates to permanently relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:

Execute capital projects according to the scope, schedule, and budget. Perform complex technical and administrative tasks relative to the design and coordination of civil & structural packages.

1. Provide technical input and review of the design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of facilities.
2. Address technical issues arising in all phases of the project development related to civil & structural packages of the facilities.
3. Responsible for project development: engineering studies, technical bid reviews, preliminary engineering, detail designs, materials procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, handover, commissioning, and startup.

Requirements:

Willingness to permanently relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
2. 15 years of experience in the Oil, Gas, and refining industries with a specialty in Civil & Structural Engineering with at least five years of field experience including construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation.
3. Subject matter expert in Civil & Structural Engineering.
4. Possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
5. Engineering Design & Construction phase experience with a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles in the applicable International Codes, Standards, and Specifications.
