Practical Information: Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Team Size: 3 | Reports to: Managing Director | Requirements: Saudi Citizen As our new Sales Director for the Public Sector your primary responsibility is to lead the account teams and our engagement across government institutions & organizations. You will own the overall customer relationship and orchestrate all internal and external resources to drive customer business outcomes. You will have managerial responsibilities for the core account team consisting of both a Key Account Manager (KAM) and a Technology Solutions Manager (TSM). Other responsibilities will include:
  • Actively maintain and leverage a comprehensive understanding of the Saudi Public Sector business needs, strategies, and priorities
  • Lead technology adoption and digital transformation efforts across accounts to drive business outcomes and create business value for our customers
  • Define strategies, objectives, and a rhythm of business (ROB) for account & Territory planning across the customer set, clearly articulating standards and priorities
  • Drive business portfolio management to contribute to overall business growth
  • Set the direction for development and implementation of strategies for maximizing and identifying new business opportunities, drive account growth, while enabling sales and customer add opportunities
Your Competencies:
  • 15+ years of experience within Technology Sales and Familiarity with Cloud Services
  • 10+ years of experience in leading and managing sales teams
  • Strong network and understanding within the KSA Public Sector
  • Saudi National
