Job Description
Nestled in the city's heart, Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai offers a stunning fusion of modern design with a touch of oriental flair, redefining hospitality standards. Going beyond traditional hospitality, Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai is not just a hotel but a lifestyle destination offering relaxation, luxury, and memorable experiences.As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing high-impact marketing campaigns
- Creating strategic marketing plans
- Managing the rollout of marketing campaigns
- Overseeing the execution of promotional activities across all channels
- Collaborating with agencies, suppliers, and service providers
- Analyzing customer insights, market trends, and best practices
- Working closely with the Public Relations Manager
- Continually seeking new ideas for increasing engagement and conversion rate
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within Travel & Hospitality, Fashion, or Luxury Goods
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Great time management and problem-solving skills
