What you will do
The Project Development Engineer is a key role directly reporting to the Pre-sales Manager for the Service Business. You will be a part of a growing team and will be responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions. As a Project Development Engineer, you will be working closely with the Sales team for technical and commercial proposals. You will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with pre-sales/estimation for the most optimized solution.How you will do it
You will be responsible for validating assumptions made during solution design, estimates, and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations. Additionally, you will provide technical risk analysis for the complete solution. You will be part of transition meetings with the Operations team to ensure that project scope, objectives, timeline, and customer requirements are taken care of in a proper manner. As a Project Development Engineer, you may need to perform on-site data collection at customer facilities and support post-contract design review. You will also focus on developing multiple components and use strong customer relationship skills to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and vendors).What we look for
Required:- Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication/Electronic/Electrical or similar
- 0-1 year experience/Intern experience in an engineering background
- Result-oriented, tenacious, self-motivated, with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in business analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills - must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal partners
- Fluency in the English language is essential
- Good analytical skills
