We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented In-House Accountant to join our prestigious real estate company based in Dubai. As an In-House Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and taxation will contribute to the overall financial success and growth of the company.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to relevant accounting standards.Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial projections.Identify areas for cost optimization and provide recommendations to senior management.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry-specific regulations.Prepare and submit accurate VAT returns, ensuring timely compliance with VAT regulations.Liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure all necessary documentation is provided.Prepare financial reports for management, highlighting key financial indicators, trends, and risks.Financial Analysis and Planning:Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Monitor financial performance against budgetary targets and present reports to management.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.Systems and Process Improvement:Continuously review and enhance accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Evaluate and implement accounting software systems and tools to streamline financial operations.Provide training and guidance to team members on accounting processes and procedures.
