sales supervisor -Projects &Key Accounts -Lighting ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Visit key accounts - Government, semi-Government companies and large-scale private sector companies to create product awareness and generate sales. Responsible for Lighting team as a sole Distributor for our company to achieve Dept./CO. Targets. • Coach, Mentor and motivate a team sales engineers to achieve the team objective. Assessing their performance and based on that fine tune their performance. • Gather information on all upcoming projects in Qatar, including main contractors , project managers& Light fitting Assemblers, and compile the information as a data source. • Visit consultants to obtain information on products specified for upcoming projects. • Visit MEP contractors, consultants, OEM and project managers to present technical information in order to generate orders……………………………………………… experience of 2-3 years in the same position as a sales supervisor is a must, background of electrical sales market particularly in the local region, supervisory skills excellent customer service ability fluent communication in english both written and spoken arabic a plus, good PC knowledge including microsoft office, responsible for lighting team as a sole distributor to achieve Dept.\Co. target, Basic Salary: 8,000-9,500 Qrs House Allowance: 3,600 (Single) or 4,8000 Qrs if Married or company provided accommodation Car Allowance: 1250 Qrs Mobile: 300 Qrs Petrol: 300 Qrs If you are interested send your CV + recent photo to + subject : Sales supervisor - projects & key accounts (lighting) in Qatar .
