What you'll doBe the face of Uber in Qatar. Act as the leading force of the market - champion the strategy in the market, and mobilize resources to implement the strategyLead local regulatory concerns and local politics in partnership with our Policy, Legal, and Communications teamsRepresent Uber at local events and with local PRWork in partnership with Business Development to identify and help support relevant and value-creating strategic partnerships and alliances for each of your marketsWork in partnership with the Operations team to maintain and continuously improve 'Uber' quality throughout the Rider's experience, Driver experience and customer supportCollaborate with marketing teams to initiate creative local strategies and user growth campaignsWork with Ops and other GMs to help scale ourbusiness through developing and sharing best practicesContinue to grow and build upon today to drive a sustainable business for tomorrowChampion our culture and employee brandSkillsWhat you'll needMin 7 years of experience within a Strategy / Operations / Commercial / General Management roleFluency in Arabic and EnglishBachelor's degree requiredExperience with establishing, maintaining, and leveraging C-level relationships at partner companies.Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted deals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
