Motivating residents to help restore and improve their health and self-esteem
Providing medication to residents
Providing psychological and physical support to residents, family members and friends
Identifying resident s care requirements
Assuring the quality of care to residents through adhering to therapeutic standards
Ensuring that residents and fellow employees adhere to infection control policies and protocols, medicine storage and administration procedures and substance control regulations
Evaluating residents who complain of specific ailments
Examining and authenticating vaccination records

Requirements

Proven experience as a registered
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and
Excellent knowledge of emergency
In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination ) and willingness to follow them at all
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal
Responsible and
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking
Patient with excellent problem-solving
or other diploma from a nursing
A valid nursing
