Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement project health & safety plan and support the achievement of the company HSE policies and business objectives.Provides a comprehensive day-to-day divisional health, safety, and security service to support the construction activities.Implements comprehensive audit plan and conducts Health, Safety, and Security Audits.Ensure personnel training and corrective action follow-up are completed.Ensures compliance with all applicable local legislation and standards governing environmental health and safety.Develops and implements accident investigation, data analysis, and recurrence prevention programs and procedures.Investigates and evaluates new safety equipment for appropriateness.Interface with consultants, members, and institutional staff to formulate corrective actions.QUALIFICATIONS:• Should be a qualified Engineer with a minimum of 25 years experience in managing health & safety on major roads & infrastructure projects.• NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety• Member of Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH)• Minimum level Chartered Member (CMIOSH)• Experience in major Tunnel Blasting Projects.• Must have Tunnel Construction Supervisors Safety (Tunneling) CourseSubject Line must be: HSE MANAGER- CRCC KSA hiring #ksajobs #tunnelproject #construction #crcc #hsemanager
