Eram Talent, a reputable talent acquisition company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Credit Clerk to join a prestigious hotel company in the hospitality industry. As a Credit Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the credit function and supporting the Credit Manager in ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining accurate customer records.Our client is committed to providing exceptional service to their guests, and as part of their finance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall financial stability of the hotel.Responsibilities: Assist in assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers Process and accurately record customer payment transactions Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports Assist in negotiating payment plans and arrangements with customers Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records Provide administrative support to the Credit Manager as needed Adhere to credit policies and procedures Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in credit regulations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in MS Office applications Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Knowledge of credit management principles is a plus
