Job DescriptionRole Title: Specialist (Salesman) B2B - Retail CentresReports to:Associate Managers (SSV) B2B.Grade: Department:CommercialSummary Purpose (brief statement that explains why the role exists and what it delivers)Ensure achieving Each B2B customer objectives. Develop territory under coverage. Ensure highest alert with market intelligence vs competitors.ItemKey Activities / Decision AreasTerritory under coverageAlways looking for new customers.Ensure journey plan is covering highest populations territory.Divide all B2B retailers into categories within same territory for better attention.CustomersEnsure all customers / branches are being called on as per the agreed Journey Plan.Ensure all customers are fully aware with the most recent Business policies of Al Shiaka.Ensure customers are being developed year after year.Ensure to build a unique relationship with customers based on mutual respect.Other Business partnersFull adherence to Job responsibilities and management instructions.Ensure full cooperation with all functions within organization.Ensure full cooperation with B2B team members across nation.OthersAlways expand products visibilities at customers stores.Ensure proper utilization for all Marketing POSM's.Ensure marketing intelligence is an ongoing practice.Ensure all supporting reports are being utilized.Ensure all deliveries & payment methods are agreed upon with management.handle all customers comments & complaints seriously without delay.Personal Specifications (Minimum requirements to perform the job in an optimum level)Minimum EducationDiploma degree as minimum.Minimum Experience2 - 3 years in selling / distributing consumer goods (FMCG background is preferred).Minimum Competencies Solid communications and interpersonal skills.Negotiation skills.Ability to Communicate through different methods
