Roles & Responsibilities:· To possess prior experience in supervision and in the field of automotive spare parts sales, specifically in dealing with electronic programs related to spare parts. · He possesses the ability to skillfully use the car catalog. · Utilizing information technology and various software programs for warehouse management and data analysis.· Overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including requisitioning, storage, and replenishment.· Handling and managing customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.· Supporting the processing of warranty claims and the return of spare parts.· Following up on lost sales and incomplete sales to close sales according to the required KPI conversion rates.· Ensuring compliance with the company's prevailing policies and procedures.Qualifications:· A bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in spare parts supervision are preferred.Skills:· To be proficient in using computers, specifically Microsoft Office programs, with advanced experience in working with Excel. · Time Management / Coordination and Follow-up - Planning and Organization· Proficiency in English and Arabic (reading and writing)· Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
