Arabic Computer Systems, the leading ICT Company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Personal Data Protection Officer to join our growing team. Our company has been a leader in the technology industry for over 35 years and we are looking for an experienced professional to help us maintain the highest standards of personal data protection. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive personal data protection program for the organization. Ensure compliance with personal data protection laws and regulations Communicate with stakeholders across the organization to provide guidance on personal data protection issues. Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees on personal data protection best practices. Investigate and respond to complaints related to personal data handling practices. Work with IT teams to implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Monitor and review the company's personal data protection policies and practices on an ongoing basis. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years of experience in personal data protection or related field. Knowledge of personal data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR. Experience designing and implementing personal data protection programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to train employees on personal data protection best practices. Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information.
