**Government Liaison**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities.
- Facilitate and manage all interactions with government offices, ensuring compliance with regulations and obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
- **Document Processing**:
- Manage the preparation and submission of all required documents to government bodies.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of visas, permits, and other legal documents for employees.
- **Public Relations**:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, including government officials, clients, and the community.
- Organize and coordinate corporate events, community outreach programs, and CSR activities to enhance the company's public image.
- **Compliance**:
- Stay updated on local laws and regulations related to employment, immigration, and business operations.
- Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
- **Internal Communication**:
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and information flow.
- Provide guidance to employees on matters related to government regulations and procedures.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare regular reports on PRO activities, compliance status, and any relevant updates for management review.
**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- PRO: 4 years (required)
**Language**:
- Arabic (required)
- English (required)
