We aim to set benchmarks in sports event delivery, emphasizing innovation and efficiency.JOB DESCRIPTIONList 6-8 deliverables and accountabilities for the job. Try and avoid writing a long list of tasks. for key deliverables.Ensure Position Title is the same Title that appears in the Org' ChartKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIESThe Sport sector seeks an experienced individual who will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operations of NEOM Sport Events specifically the NEOM Beach Games, with a particular emphasis on venue planning, stakeholder integration, and supplier management. You will play a vital role in coordinating all aspects of event operations, including logistical arrangements and venue readiness. Additionally, you will support the planning and implementation of security measures, working closely with our Security Lead and NEOM Public Safety Team.This role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Key Responsibilities:Venue Planning and Management:Lead the planning and execution of competition venues, optimizing facilities for each sport.Oversee venue operations, including layout, equipment, and infrastructure.Ensure venue operations align with event goals and meet stakeholder expectations.Oversee production of all event documentation including Venue Operating Plans, Daily Run Sheets, Event Hot-Sheets ensuring accuracy and timeliness of completion/distribution. Producing event debrief and other reports as required.Stakeholder and Supplier Management:Manage relationships with appointed suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products and services.Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.Security Planning and Operational Support:Collaborate in developing comprehensive security plans and manpower requirements with NEOM Sport Security Lead.Assist with training and development of appointed security provider.Aligning with NEOM Public Safety policies and procedures.Team Leadership and Coordination:Lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.Provide training and guidance to workforce to empower them to perform effectively.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate supplier and vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are met.Ensuring that all NEOM policies and procedures are adhered to, specifically to include all responsibilities and accountabilities associated with Health and Safety Policy and assurance standards, legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.Operational Responsibilities:Manage venue teams to ensure integrated operations and excellence in delivering seamless operations.
