Job Description: Our renowned client, a global retail tech powerhouse based in Riyadh, is making waves across the industry. They are on the lookout for an Operations Manager who can streamline their processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as they grow.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments.Implement operational best practices and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.Collaborate with department heads to develop strategic plans for their respective departments aligned with company objectives.Monitor operational performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement.Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation.Ensure all operations adhere to legal and company standards and guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Operations Management or a related field.8+ years of experience in operations, preferably within the tech or retail sectors.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.
