Al Borg Diagnostics, a reputable healthcare company, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Lead for the Northern Region. As the Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing and managing customer-centric strategies and initiatives.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions. You will also play a key role in shaping and maintaining a customer-focused culture within the organization.
