As our Associate Rider Acquisition, The rolewill be focused on supporting the Logistics team in the recruitmentof riders locally andinternationally.Handling all recruitmentoperations, onboarding and pre-joining formalities for the Internalfleet as per country needs while ensuring 100% legalcompliance.What's OnYour Plate?Sourcing, reviewing rider profilesand maintaining a CV database.Interview andpropose candidates to logistics partners forselection.Prepare and send offers to selectedcandidates.Follow up with selected candidates,collect documents, and create and maintain candidatefiles.Verify all documents received fromselected candidates.Provide documents andnotify PRO for sponsorship transferapplication.Act as point of contact for anyfollow-ups/escalations from candidates andPRO.Notify logistics partners on new joiners,plan for joining formalities, and update and maintain in-houseRiders Master Tracker.Ensure joining forms arecompleted and updated in the rider'sfiles.Initiate payroll registration and bankaccount opening processes.Liaising withLogistics trainers to ensure riders are allocated trainingslots.Ensuring riders receive cars, and gearand have their accountscreated.
