Job DescriptionThe Associate Director Data Science will be responsible for the ROSHNs data science strategy and for the for the implementation of the data science initiatives. This role is required to develop predictive models, and innovative AI/ML solutions to ensure each data science initiative is meeting its business objectives.ResponsibilitiesEnd to End implementation of Data Science and AI use cases: Work closely with the different stakeholders on defining and implementing end to end data science use cases including measurement of business impactLead Team of Data Scientists: Demonstrate capabilities of structuring and leading team of data scientists for both (internal and contractors)Develop models and machine learning algorithms: Develop machine learning models that will be used in different initiatives.Machine Learning Models Lifecyle Management: Develop framework that will be used post model deployment to be able to measure degradation in model performance.Optimize the existing algorithms and models for scalability and performance: Develop data science framework that will be used to measure performance against multiple models.Clearly communicate data findings: Be able to communicate technical data insights and technical data science concepts like model performance measurement to the less technical stakeholders.Compliance and Data Governance: Work closely with the data governance team on improving data quality which is required to the execution of the relevant data science use cases.Machine Learning and AI data platform: Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure scalability and optimal usage of the Machine learning and AI platform.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Graduate or Post-graduate with a Computer Science or Mathematics background (or related field), preferredMinimum Experience Minimum of 7 years of relevant Data Science experience with 5 years in similar roleBehavioral CompetenciesAbility to structure different business problems into relevant data science use cases.Proven problem-solving skills regarding unstructured, uncertain problems.Data Oriented, Analytical, Performance Driven & AssertiveExperience in managing smaller team of data scientist in end-to-end delivery of different data science usecases. Experience is a Real Estate industry is an advantageTechnical Competencies Python / PySpark / R / Spark. - Expert DataBricks, AWS Sage Maker, Google Vertex AI - Expert Knowledge of different data science algorithms (example: xgboost, random forrest, LSTM, Bert, LLMs etc..) - Expert PowerBI / Alteryx - Basic Jupyter Notebooks - Expert About UsROSHN is a national real estate developer powered by the Public Investment Fund, committed to delivering high quality communities to the Saudi citizens.OUR VISIONWe will deliver homes to thousands of people across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and create improved standards of living for all, working in partnership with the very best organizations their respective fields.
