Weare on the lookout for a Technical Manager to lead our placementand service teams, driving operational excellence and contributingto our mission of delivering outstanding client service. TheTechnical Manager will spearhead our technical operations withinthe employee benefits and property & casualty departments.This pivotal role involves overseeing the insurance placementprocess, managing client services, and leading our dedicated teamstoward achieving operational efficiency and excellence. Yourleadership will be instrumental in upholding our reputation forhigh-quality service, fostering innovation, and maintaining ourcompetitive edge in the insurance brokerage industry. KeyResponsibilities: • Direct and manage technical operationsfor the employee benefits and property & casualtydepartments. • Supervise the insurance placement process,ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.• Lead the service team in delivering exceptional clientsupport, efficiently resolving inquiries and issues. •Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and thequality of services offered. • Liaise with variousdepartments to ensure integrated service delivery and alignmentwith overall business goals. • Mentor and support teammembers, promoting a culture of professional growth and continuousimprovement. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatorychanges, and advancements in technology to guide strategicdecision-making. Qualifications: • Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a relatedfield. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in theinsurance industry, with a strong emphasis on roles in technicalmanagement or leadership within an insurance brokerage context.• In-depth knowledge of employee benefits and property& casualty insurance products and services. •Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a provenability to inspire and lead teams to success. • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to buildand maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.• Proficient in insurance brokerage software andtechnology. • Strategic thinker with robust analytical andproblem-solving skills.
