• perform balance sheetsubstantiation as per UBS guidelines • reconcile sourcedata to ledger, resolve any breaks • providing regularfinancial results and insight beyond standard reporting, includingsourcing, analysis and discussion with the business • helpanalyze entity costs and assist business identify billing driversto allocate their service costs • support businessdivisions and functions with their demand for new services andimprovements to existing services • support the modellingand analysis of new cost allocations and billing drivers forbusiness approval • manage time bookings of staff and costrecovery • support roll out of the new teams and processesin Qatar Your team You'll be working in the local Financeto support the build-up of UBS operations in Qatar. Yourexpertise • ideally 4+ years of work experience inBusiness Finance and Accounting • strong knowledge ofbilling processes, month-end closing processes and reportingactivities • demonstrated experience in communicating anddealing with Regulators & Auditors • strongnumerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, high degree ofreliability and independence • driven and known forhitting deadlines, delivering high quality performance in a dynamicworkplace • proactive, self-managed individual with goodtime management abilities About us UBS is the world'slargest and only truly global wealth manager.
