Minimum 4 years' experience in theBanking Industry System support and implementations with at least 3years in IT.· Should have minimum of2 - 3 years of experience in Fusion Loan IQ System (by Finastra)support and implementation.·Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification andprepare the test cases exploring all aspects of thescope.· Defect life cycle Managementand execution status reporting.·Experience in test scope analysis and regressiontesting.· Understanding of Systemintegration with core bankingsystems.· Reviewing BRS (BusinessRequirements Specifications) and prepare the test cases exploringall aspects of the scope.· Goodexperience in Core banking system and loan administration systemsin (SIT/UAT) testing.· Ensure highstandards of data protection andconfidentiality.· Provide technicalassistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems andprocedures across the group various business and supportfunctions.· Consult and coordinatewith systems analysts and programmers to design and developbusiness systems.· Track and documentchanges to business specifications.·Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation,instruction, procedures, andtraining· Prepare systems businesscycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculationsand postings.· Actively participatein meetings which aim to assess performance as well as thedepartment's overall performance on a regularbasis.· Answer questions aboutapplications for all team members, as well as internal and externalcustomers.
