JobDescriptionDhofar Global is aleading provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions in the MiddleEast with a strong presence in the UAE market. We are committed todelivering highquality products and services to our clients and weare constantly expanding our portfolio to cater to the growingdemand in the industry. We are currently looking for a highlymotivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and driveour sales efforts to newheights.KeyResponsibilities: Develop andimplement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets andobjectives. Identify new business opportunities andpotential clients within the cleaning and hygieneindustry. Build and maintain strong relationships withexisting clients to ensure customer satisfaction andretention. Conduct market research and stay updated onindustry trends to identify new products and services that can beadded to the companys portfolio. Lead manage and motivatethe sales team to achieve individual and team targets.Monitor and report on sales performance market trends andcompetitor activities. Prepare and deliver salespresentations and proposals to potential clients.Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring profitable marginsfor the company. Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop effective sales strategies andcampaigns.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a salesmanagement role preferably in the cleaning and hygieneindustry. Proven track record of achieving sales targetsand driving business growth. Excellent leadership andteam management skills. Strong negotiation andcommunication skills. Indepth knowledge of salestechniques and marketing strategies. Ability to analyzemarket trends and customer needs to identify businessopportunities. Proficient in MS Office and CRMsoftware. Fluent in English both written andverbal.
