• Selling products by establishingcontacts, developing relationships with prospects, and recommendingsolutions. • Visiting potential customers for newbusiness. • Providing customers with quotations.• Gathering market and customer information and providingfeedback on buying trends. • Planning and working closelywith the Sales Administrator and guiding sales executives to reachcompany targets. • Representing your organization at tradeexhibitions, events, and demonstrations. • Identifying newmarkets and business opportunities. • Maintainingrelationships with clients by providing support, information, andguidance. • Keeps management informed by submittingactivity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weeklywork plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. •Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developingsolutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.• Identifying product improvements or new products byremaining current on industry trends, market activities, andcompetitors. • Recommending changes in products, service,and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.• Monitoring route drivers to ensure proper delivery toall clients. • Monitoring delivery vehicles for thecleanness and ensure that personnel are organized, well groomed,and in proper uniforms.
