Shall implement, manage, andoperate a chemical water treatment program for all closed-loop HVAC(Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, such as in achilled water system.Shall establish,implement, and operate a comprehensive Refrigerant Recovery Programto ensure the proper handling, containment, and management ofrefrigerants in compliance with all relevant environmentalregulations and best practices.Shall maintainand adhere to applicable technical orders and good commercialpractices for all maintenance actions to include: requesting parts,receiving parts, installing, troubleshooting, testing, andrepairing Chiller equipment.Shall providewritten reports after the completions of all inspections,maintenance, repairs, tests, and certifications of each system orcomponent.Shall provide training services tothe USG in support of operation and maintenance of HVAC/R Systems,and ICS (Industrial ControlSystems).Responsible for following acomprehensive quality and safety program in compliance withVectrus, OSHA and United States Air Force (USAF)requirements.Responsible for following acomprehensive, flexible, and properly documented trainingprogram
