Understanding customerexpectations of and needs from aproduct.Developing quality controlprocesses.Designing productspecifications.Ensuring products are designedwith adherence to legal and safetystandards.Supervising staff and monitoringproduction standards.Examining the quality ofraw materials that are used inproduction.Monitoring and evaluating internalproduction processes.Evaluating the finaloutput of products to determine theirquality.Rejecting products that fail qualitystandards.Engaging with customers andgathering product feedback.Producingstatistical reports on qualitystandards.Reporting to upper management onquality standard issues.Evaluating productrecalls.Improving production efficiency andmanaging waste.
