Serve as a seasoned Scrum Master,applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory, to guide andcoach software development teamsFacilitateAgile/Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning,sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective andefficient executionCollaborate closely withthe Product Owner, assisting in grooming and maintaining theproduct backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized and refinedeffectivelyGuide and support the team inembracing Agile/Scrum practices, fostering self-organization, andhelping them to continuously improve their processes anddeliverablesActively identify and remove anyobstacles or impediments that may hinder the team'sprogress or productivityFoster a culture oftransparency, open communication, and collaboration within theteam, ensuring that information flows smoothly andeffectivelyWork closely with stakeholders,both internal and external, to facilitate communication and ensurealignment on project goals anddeliverablesPrepare and maintain necessarydocumentation required for the audit and quality controlprocessesDemonstrate strong servant leadershipskills and project management knowledge, providing guidance andsupport to the team members asneeded
