The BusinessDevelopment Manager is responsible for identifying new businessopportunities building and maintaining relationships with potentialclients and overseeing the development of strategic plans toachieve growth targets including training as well as Qatar andOman. In this role you will collaborate closely with the sales andpricing teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generationto contract negotiation. You will also be responsible forconducting market research to identify trends and competitoranalysis to inform our business development strategy. responsiblefor developing and implementing marketing strategies conductingmarket research and managing marketing campaigns and group eventsmonitor their performance and provide recommendations forimprovement. Support driving brand awareness and increasing marketshare. You will work closely with the pricing and contracts team todevelop marketing materials create targeted campaigns and analysemarkettrends.Additionallyyou will oversee the execution of marketing campaigns will have theopportunity to shape and execute our marketing and communicationsstrategies driving growth and enhancing brandreputation.BusinessDevelopment: Enhanced MarketCompetitiveness and Optimised profitability.BSLGroup Events: improvedmanagement of BSL group events and outcome for new businessopportunities.CustomerRelations: Increased businesswinning based on expansion ofnetwork.GrossMargin: Enhanced variancebetween revenue and cost of goods sold (COGS).SalesGrowth Rate: Increased SalesGrowth Rate on a quarterly and annual basis and generation of newbusiness.Winand conversion rate (Effectiveness andSatisfaction): Improved win rateand conversion of leads into contracts. Impact on customers andtender committees including acceptance rate of pricing and termsand conditions with leastnegotiations.RequirementsBachelors degreein business administration marketing or a relatedfieldProvenexperience in business development marketing and research or salespreferably in a B2BenvironmentExcellentcommunication presentation and negotiationskillsStronganalytical skills ability to interpret data and problemsolvingabilitiesAbility to workindependently and as part of ateamProficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and CRMsoftwareAbility tothrive in a fastpaced and targetdrivenenvironmentStrongorganizational and time managementskillsAbility toeffectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at alllevels of theorganization.Knowledge ofindustry best practices and current marketingtrendsFlexibility toadapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projectssimultaneouslyDeepunderstanding of market dynamics and consumerbehaviourBenefitsAgreat package with expatriate benefits await the right candidate.Our Pay structure commensurate with market standards. Bachelor's degree in finance,accounting, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience infinance or accounting roles Strong knowledge of financialprinciples and practices Proficiency in financial software &tools as Excel, QuickBooks & ERP tools Proficient in financialsoftware and systems including internal system installed ZOHO withadvanced knowledge of Excel and financial modelling. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability tointerpret complex financial data into financial reports. Highlydetail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and precisionAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesand handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Ability to workindependently and as part of a team Knowledge of aerospace anddefence sector is preferred. Excellent communication andpresentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicatefinancial information to both financial and non-financialstakeholders The role will be required to travel due to BSLsbusiness entities work across geographies.
