The position is in charge, undersupervision of Logistics Division Manager, of all logistics marineactivities related to cargo transportation of the EPCContractor(s), from building and maintaining a reverse planning ofcargo transportation, to monitoring the EPC Contractor invessels' booking and vetting, to timely issuance of allrequired shipping and clearance documentation, to coordination withPort Authorities for efficient berthingschedule.The position shall interact dailywith Procurement and Logistics departments personnel of EPCContractors, and any other relevant thirdparty.The position includes a closecoordination and interaction with Port Authorities and RoadTransport Authorities.The position includes aclose coordination and interaction with the Onshore Project Head ofPlanning and Planning/Schedule Specialist(s) to keep control on theschedule and key Project and ProgressMilestones.The position is responsible toinitiate, maintain and publish regularly all relevant KeyPerformance Indicators necessary to assess the best performance ofthe operations.
