What are myresponsibilities?Lead overall Siemens Mobility siteprogress track progress and coordinate the projectpartners.Collect weekly, and monthly progressfigures (actual quantities, dates, etc.) with otherLOTs.Prepare, update, and share regularprogress reports with dashboards with S-curves (weekly &monthly)Monitor project progress against anestablished baseline.Develop, maintain, andreport an updated view of theproject.Proactively drive communication withthe project's partners and other departments in thecompany to produce weekly & monthlyupdates.Compile the monthly site progressreport as input for the overall monthly project progress report forthe employer.
