Essential Functions•Reviews internal controls, policies, and procedures foreffectiveness.• Determines internal audit scopeand developing annual plans• Audits the companys financial records, statements, and reports, verifying accuracyand consistency• Performing the full auditcycle including risk management and control management overoperations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance withall applicable directives and regulations•Conduct follow up audits to monitor management sinterventions• Prepare and present reports thatreflect audit s results and document process•Drafts and presents reports of findings and analysis; identifiesand recommends revisions and improvements to accounting practicesand procedures.• Direct and guiding the auditteam on following the audit procedures andprocessesSkillsRequiredSkills/Abilities:• Extensive knowledge ofgeneral financial accounting and reporting.•Excellent organizational skills and attention todetail.• Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suiteor related software.• Extremely proficient withaccounting software.Education andExperience:• Bachelors degree in Accountingrequired.• Five to Seven years of relatedexperience required.• Certified PublicAccounting (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designationpreferred.
