JASARA PMC, a leading program management company, is currently seeking an Infrastructure Administration Support Officer to join our team. As an Infrastructure Administration Support Officer at JASARA PMC, you will play a key role in providing administrative support for the company's infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and efficient operations. Additionally, you will assist in managing project documentation, tracking project progress, and providing support for project-related activities.Responsibilities Coordinate and support infrastructure project activities. Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Track project progress and report on key milestones. Ensure timely communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications. Assist in coordinating project meetings and events. Provide administrative support to project managers and team members. Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts. Adhere to project management standards and best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project administration or a similar role. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
