Responsiblefor: AgentRecruitment AgentDevelopmentMeet BusinesstargetsCustomerCentricityDeliversales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated SalesProcess:Preparemonthly and annual action plans to achieve his/hergoalsEnsuringadherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by thecompanyMotivatingand ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) forthe PFA areachievedMeasurementand tracking of relevant metrics forPFAsEnsurethat R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAsin the team and used effectively to motivate and help the teamperformWorktowards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team ofPFAsTrackcustomer proposals through toconversionRequirements Age24-38years Graduate(10+2+3) Presentlyworking 2 years of field salesexperience Stayingin the same city for more than 2years Goodstability. Shouldbe from a structured organization with proper documents &salaryproof.Age 24-38 years Graduate(10+2+3) Presently working 2 years of fieldsales experience Staying in the same city for more than 2 yearsGood stability.
