Qualifications • Proven salesmanagement or other relevant experience for more than 5 years.• Experience in GCC specially (KSA and Qatar) •Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence crediblyand effectively at all levels of the organization. •Experience in delivering software solutions for enterprises.• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentationskills. • Excellent verbal and written communicationsskills (Mainly English and Arabic) • Self-motivated andable to thrive in a results-driven environment. • Naturalrelationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. •Understanding of ITSM, Digital Transformation, IT Automation andSecurity systems • Experience in selling SecuritySolutions along with AI, RPA, ...etc. • Preferred to havegood knowledge in AI, Blockchain services and RPA •Excellent time and project management skills • Keenattention to detail and adherence to deadlines •Experience in using CRMs and Service Management systems. •Location: Jordan Responsibilities: • Be the primary pointof contact and build long-term relationships with customers.• Help customers through email, phone, onlinepresentations, screen-share and in person meetings. •Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customerstakeholders and executive sponsors. • Ensure the timelyand successful delivery of our solutions according to customerneeds and objectives. • Clearly communicate the progressof weekly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.• Forecast and track key account metrics (Pipeline and Wondeals). • Responsible for keeping current clientssatisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day to-daybasis. • To onboard and integrate new clients. •Liaise between the customer and internal teams • Invoicingand payments collection
