Pest Control Supervisor

Train pest control technicians andassist them in their day-to-day tasks.Use your'detective' skills to identify their problemand provide a solution.Communicate effectivelywith customers about what their pest problem is and how you willsolve it.Use and maintain safety equipmentincluding bump caps, gloves, goggles, respirators, eye washers,first aid kits and spill abatement equipment. Inspect, crawl andwork in sub-areas, basements and attics ofstructures.Work with and around pest controlproducts that have been approved for use by the EnvironmentalProtection Agency (EPA) to control pests, making sure to followlabels appropriately.Understand integratedpest management (IPM) and use the appropriate methods to treatinfestations.Operate company vehicles, powersprayers, foggers, dusters, drills, vacuums and a variety of commonhand and power tools and otherequipment.Perform minor repairs on tools andrelated equipment, as needed.
