Title MATERIALS COORDINATOR
Education Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in discipline (Mech. / Elect / Inst) with sufficient knowledge in SAP (PM, MM, and FICO Modules) in addition to sufficient knowledge computer application.
Experience & Skills
High skill of coordination to manage dispute of suppliers with high communication skill. Works in accordance with SAP systems, procedures and programs following prescribed guidelines. Identify critical material requirements and expedite. Ensure availability of materials for all planned jobs. Frequent contacts with various Sections/Department for review of material and purchase requirements with direct liaison with Job officers, Supervisors, Technicians and other Contractors, Planning, Inspections, Engineering Division Engineers, Materials department i.e., Purchase, Buyers, Expeditors & Stores. Quality Assurance Dept., SAP Focal Point and SAP MM Doha (where needed).
