Lead exploratory data analysis projects to achieve a better understanding of the impact of content and communications, customer lifestyle and behavior to help discover untapped areas of user experience and optimization • Develop visualizations for in app customer events and interactions • Plan and develop effective reporting solutions by utilizing engineering best practices and using various BI tools • Present appropriate analysis and commentary to technical and non-technical audience • Design and analyse content experiments, A/B tests. Building processes that ensure unbiased experiment planning and running the post campaign analysis • Design and support implementation of ETLs/ELTs • Orchestrate automated reporting of main metrics to stakeholders • Provide concrete data-driven insights • Act as the first point of contact to answer all business data queries • Define and track the relevant key metrics for team's OKRs At Careem, our mission is to simplify & improve the lives of people, initially through solutions that make transportation in the region reliable, and over time, through disruptions in payments and logistics.
