HR manager

HR manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait Al-Kuwait is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager for its head office in Al-Kuwait. We are offering a salary of 1600 and willing to consider an immigrant for this role. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in human resources management. He/she should be able to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that promote effective organizational performance. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, managers, clients, and employees. He/she must also possess excellent negotiation skills to resolve conflicts between employees or management. The successful candidate will have knowledge of labor laws and regulations, employee benefits administration, recruitment methods, payroll systems, compensation & benefits administration etc. We are looking for an organized individual who is able to take initiatives in developing staff welfare activities while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
